摘要：档案社会化是指在档案场域中，通过深化去 中心化和推动公众参与，推动档案结构和社会关系不 断重构的过程。论文在明确其内涵的基础上，从档案 资源社会化、档案管理社会化、档案服务社会化的角度 来分别对其具体表现进行描述，并指出档案社会化发 展所带来的影响，包括档案理论的破坏性创新和档案 工作的重新定位。

Abstract: Archival socialization means by strengthening decentralization and promoting par⁃ ticipation to promote the constantly reconstruc⁃ tion of archival structure and social relationship. Based on the description of its meaning, this article presents the performances from three perspectives of socialization of archival re⁃ source, archive management and archive ser⁃ vice. Meanwhile, it points out the impact of it on the disruptive innovation of archival theory and reposition of archival work.
