摘要：  Web2.0 环境下，“用户生成内容”（UGC）对包括档案领域在内的各行各业产生重要影响。UGC 可以实现用户丰富档 案馆藏、用户完善档案著录、用户拓展档案服务形式、用户提高档案服务质量。UGC 使档案收集面临机遇与挑战，档 案整理数量与质量矛盾加深；而且促进档案资源利用与社会档案意识培养。

Abstract: Under the Web 2.0 environment，“User-Generated Content”（UGC）has an important impact on  all aspects of life，including the archives field. UGC can help users to enrich the archives，improve the archival  description，expand the form of archival service，and improve the quality of archival service. UGC makes  archives collection face opportunities and challenges，deepens the contradiction between the quantity and quality  of archives arrangement，and promotes the utilization of archives resources and the cultivation of social archives  consciousness.
