《面向档案学创新人才培养的跨专业场景式实验教学改革探索》

[摘要]本文面向档案学创新人才培养,提出了一套“五三四”的跨专业场景式实验教学模式。 根据档案学 本科教育的本质特征和学院的专业特色,从创新教育改革的方向角度,分析了教改的目标和定位;从教改的 设计角度,构建了包含技术路线、组织方式和实施路线的档案创新教育的总体架构;从教改的抓手角度,提出 了教学矩阵的横向内容维度,纵向方法维度和组织支撑。

Abstract:Aimed at the cultivation of innovative talents in archives, this paper puts forward a crossmajor and scene-based experimental teaching mode containing "five cultivation objectives, three kinds of cultivation outcomes, four cultivation systems". According to the essential characteristics of archival education and the specialty of the school, this paper analyzes the goal and orientation of teaching reform from the perspective of innovation education. From the perspective of teaching reform design, the overall architecture of archival innovation education containing the technical route, organization mode and implementation route has been constructed. From the perspective of teaching reform gripper, the teaching matrix with the horizontal content dimension and the vertical method dimension and the organizational support are put forward.
