摘  要：我国企业境外档案管理面临动荡的政治环境带来的安全隐患，应增强风险管理意 识，建立突发事件档案应急处置预案；面临复杂的法律环境带来的法律风险，应贯彻双重遵守的 法律原则，即同时遵守境外法律和我国的法律规定；面临多元的文化环境带来的管理冲突，应以 跨文化管理理论为指导，实行“双向包容”的档案管理模式；面临偏远的地理环境带来的监管难 度，应构建全球化企业档案管理系统，并实现平台云端化。

Abstract: The overseas archives management of Chinese enterprises is facing the potential safety hazard caused by the turbulent political environment. Therefore, we should enhance the awareness of risk management and establish a contingency plan for emergency disposition of archives management. Facing the legal risks caused by complex legal environment, we should implement the law of "double compliance" principle, and abide by the laws and regulations of the host country and our country. Faced with the management conflicts caused by the multi-cultural environment, it is required to implement the "two-way comprehension" archives management mode under the guidance of cross-cultural management theory. Facing the increased supervision difficulties caused by the remote geographical environment, it is required to build a global enterprise archives management system and the cloud platform.
