摘 要 智慧城市的建设推动了智慧档案馆的发展，我国已有不少城市开始了智慧档案馆的先行探索。本文对智慧档案馆的 内涵、概念与特征、技术方法等方面进行总结，并以档案管理环节为基础对实践层面进行梳理，以期为今后的理论研 究和实践建设提供参考。

Abstract：The construction of the smart city has promoted the development of the smart archives and sev－ eral cities in China have started the exploration of smart archives. The paper summarizes the connotation， concept，characteristics and technical methods of smart archives，thus combs the practice of archival man－ agement process. Findings of this paper may provide suggestions for theoretical research and practice con－ struction of smart archives in the future.
